Sewer Dwelling is an unusual location in Total War: WARHAMMER III. It reduces local control and increases corruption, but grants a powerful unique item once Skaven corruption reaches 100.
Sewer Dwelling
An interesting choice for the location of a Cult, but perhaps more understandable upon peering inside to see but a single crazed individual shouting about rats.

Chance for events to trigger related to this location
Once Skaven corruption reaches 100, an event will trigger that awards the Under-Empire Map item. This will also remove the unusual location from the settlement.
News from the Sewers
The Cult of the Yellow Fang has sent a messenger from their sewer hideout. He hands over a chest
to a guard firmly clutching his sword, who stops short of drawing it and instead peers inside.
Amongst the items inside is a scroll. Once unravelled, a message can just about be made out,
scribbled in poorly-formed sentences... "With thanks from your local Yellow Fang friend and
ally... Please accept this gift as a token of my appreciation for all efforts relating to 'you
know what'...". Unfortunately there's no explanation of exactly which efforts he is referring to.
However, the message does appear to be genuine, and what's more, what is inside the chest is quite
a strange gift!
