It's rare to find a Dwarf who will happily part company with their Karak – many a Dawi would rather go down fighting than see their Hold fall into enemy hands!

This settlement will be razed instead of captured should an enemy army occupy it
Income from post-battle loot: +50% (armies in region)
Leadership: +10 when under siege (armies in region)
When owner has 5 or fewer settlements:
Attribute: Immune to Psychology (armies in region)
Casualty replenishment rate: +20% (armies in region)
When Control is 50 or more:
Leadership: +10 when under siege (armies in region)
Melee defence: +5 when defending (armies in region)
